Golf Instruction
Presented by Seth Glasco and Nick Kumpis

EXERCISE
Using the golf grip with fingers curled
in and thumbs extended, place your
hands on temples of forehead with
thumbs pointing down the cheeks.
Bring elbows together to touch in front
and then take elbows back.  Make sure
you are standing with feet straight and
shoulder width apart.
Benefit
Stretches inner shoulder and chest
muscles.  If you have tightness in
these areas you will not be able to
touch your elbows.  If you are tight in
these muscles at the top of your
backswing your elbows will separate
and it will be difficult to keep your
fingers secure on the club.  Great
stretch if you have a flying elbow at top
of backswing.
