EXERCISE
Stand up straight, arms hanging at
your side.  Hold one club in each hand.
Then lift club up using wrists and set it
down.  When you set the club down
you should keep the club off the
ground.  Keep arms at your side as
you lift club

Then change position of club holding
them like ski poles.  Put clubs on your
side and lift up then put back at your
side, again using your wrists.  Your
arms should remain at your side as
club is lifted up and put back down.
Benefit
Increase strength and flexibility in
wrists and forearm.  Exercise helps feel
correct way wrists hinge in the golf
swing.  The wrist hinge is a major
speed producer in the swing.
