EXERCISE
Stand up straight, arms hanging at
your side. Bend arms at elbow to form
90 degree angle with thumbs pointing
up, and open hand as wide as
possible. Leave thumbs extended and
curl fingers in, then straighten out and
start again.
Benefit
Increase strength in fingers and
forearms. These are the muscles that
are needed to hold and control the golf
club.
